Spotter fee not paid for two months now

I bought a Hyundai venue in April 2023 from Durban South Hyndai, and I have referred my colleague to Ravesh and the deal was successful, I was then promised a spotter fee which I still haven’t got, they keep on asking for different things in different dates I even went to their to enquire about this,spoke to Raj he promised to sort it out but up until today he hasn’t, can someone intervene because I feel like I have been treated unfairly, I gave you guy’s business but I don’t understand why it’s soo difficult to reward that, I am asking for someone to intervene please
