Spare key promised months ago

I bought a second hand Hyndai I20 from a dealer and the keys were in the possession of the Hyundai Strydom Park dealership. The keys were misplaced / lost and The dealer requested a new set of spare keys be ordered around the 3rd of June. On the 1st July Dirk Beekmann assured the dealer that the key had been ordered.<br> To this day, the key still has not arrived, I cannot believe that it takes this long, I have had far better reponse from other car manufacturers for this very same request. The dealer is continuously requesting feedback and copying me on all correspondence with the above person and dealership.
