Spare key

I bought a car in Vereeniging branch in 28 December 2021 I went to the branch to sign for the car they have a double store. I went upstairs signed the contract requested them for the spare keys they told me that I will get ir down stairs. So I went there to the car and forgot about the key so we went to the petrol station for fuel. I remember that I forgot the keys I asked the guys that you forgot to give me they key and they promised to courier it to me. I left with the car and have been communicating with stenly to assist with bringing the keys to Vereening branch I have been sent from pillar to post since January to April eai9for the Keys when I call him he tells me the same story and they keys is still not in Vereeniging as I have requested of him. I am disappointed and want to return the car because I Wil have to spend more money should I loose these keys
