Spare key

I bought a Toyota Yaris at Hyundai Heidelburg in May 2015. <br> It came without a spare key and I reported the issue twice to the owner Siya and I have not received any feedback whatsoever.<br> <br> All his colleagues respond except Siya who holds a very high position at Hyundai.<br> <br>
