Sold me a car with no brakes

I was looking for a new car and decided to buy a pre owned KIA Rio from this dealer ship. From the start of sale I could see that it was going to not be a very good experience. I was looking forward to buying my first new car but not to be. Any way, upon delivery of the car I had it for about two months and had to replace the front discs and pads and I did not even do 2000km's. This was a cost of over R7000.00<br> <br> Now my whole argument it that how the hell did it pass the dealer ships testing and check and how did it pass a road worthy. AND how the hell can they sell me a car with no brakes.<br> <br> and the attitude I got was, well it is not our problem.<br> <br> see you all court. I will get my money back from you thieving people.
