sold faulty car

I bought a demo i20 at 25700 KM. A week after I got the car I reported a strange noise when releasing a clutch on reverse. I was requested to monitor it as it could be caused my car standing for long. I took the car to Hyundai Centurion and they guy said my brake pads are finished and have to be changed asap. <br> which is something that should have been sorted out before the car was delivered. <br> The dealer promised to make arrangements with Centurion branch and after a week no even a word.<br> Finally I got the brake pads replaced on their account. 2 days later the noise came back again, I reported it. <br> The dealer advised me to go check it and the issue should be fixed since my car is under warranty. <br> I was told the clutch kit has to be replaced and they cant fix as my clutch is out of warranty.<br> Clearly no checks were done on the car as they claim before it was sold because they couldn't pick any issues with the car, even brake pads and putting my family into danger.<br>
