Sold damaged vehicle. Hyundai refuses to fix it.

I bought an I20 from Hyundai Boksburg. It was a pre-owned car but sold by the Hyundai dealership.<br> <br> After buying the car, the paint on the front of the car started giving problems. This issue started about 1.5 - 2 years after purchasing the car and therefor Hyundai doesn't want to fix it, because it started so long after purchasing the car. <br> <br> According to Dent Doctor and CMC Autobody, there is a bonding agent that was not app**** to the car when the paint work was done. Obviously there was some sort of damage to the front of the car that occurred before I bought the car and it seems like it was fixed in the cheapest possible way. <br> <br> The problem now is that I am sitting with this damage and Hyundai Boksburg said they would not fix this problem, even though in my opinion I was sold a faulty/damaged car. <br> <br> It looks like 100s of chips in the front of the car, as if I had been driving offroad for years, even though I have only been driving on public normal roads. The person at Hyundai Boksburg I spoke to said they had never seen damage like that, but still refused to have it fixed. If I have to do it myself, it is going to cost R7 000+.
