Sold Car - NO payment

I sold my car to Hyundai Bryanston on the 17th of March 2021 and yet two weeks later they have failed to pay me my money and they have failed to provide answers as to where my money is? Extremely unprofessional service and EXTREMELY unhappy with this brand.
