So disappointed and still in shock

Today the 30th June 2017. I took my car to Hyundai springfield Durban for a car services.

I had promised myself that i will Never take my car back there because of their poor services and the fact that i always had issues such as, they stole my remote batteries and they had to replace them because i could not get into my car and drive off. This time i had no choice but to take my car back because they had lost my services book and they informed me that it will be replaced when i bring it back for the next service.

When i picked up the car, the services book was re- created so i was happy. I drove off without inspecting my car. As i got out of my car i realized that my wipper blades, together with the wipper brackets were changed. I picked up my phone same time and spoke to Sharon about this who told me it was not possible. I told her that my wipper arms were round and not straight and also informed her that they had changed my wippers recently so there is no ways that they would have rust so quickly. She did not assist me at all and told me that she will get the Manager to assist. The Manager called me and when i explained this to him, he told me that it was unlikely. His name was Ivan. I told Ivan that i wanted my wipper arms and wipper blades back these did not belong to me. He was not helpful either and brushed me off by telling me to bring in the car on Monday they will have a look and i must carry a photo of the wippers. Ofcourse i do not have photos of my wippers and dont beleive that many people would take photos of wipper blades to keep. i informed him to check my car model and see the style of wipper blade arms the car comes with.

I am so dissapointed and upset. words cannot describe. Why would they do something so wrong. Do they not have camerers in their warehouses to monitor the staff on such behaviour? i want my wipper brackets and wippers replaced thats all.
