Silver Grey I20 Hyundai

I purchased my Hyundai 2 years ago, was on maintenance plan etc. After a very short while, strange vibrations, Sounds started happening. Took the vehicle to Hyundai in Roodepoort, ( 2015 , do not have the exact dates, I was given a white accent , automatic to drive until they serviced my vehicle) gave them the car book and explained our dilemma to them. Very Long Story made short, Low and Behold a few months ago, we took the vehicle back stating that we were not happy with the service that was completed on my vehicle. My husband and I were totally shocked when we were told that " THE OLD STAFF AND PEOPLE'S CAR BOOKS HAS DISSAPPEARED" The history for ZNR 194 GP does not exist at all, Prior, to all this, I emailed many emails to Hyundai - Roodepoort Branch, the Team had all my emails, we left our vehicle there, not much was done though. Today we are sitting with a list of issues pertaining to the vehicle and I am very disappointed that no-one at HYUNDAI is able to assist, we have paid thousands of rand's to fix this vehicle and still with no luck. Would be great to see the response and feedback I will get from Company Hyundai.
