Shoddy car service

I recently took my car into Hyundai Bryanston to be serviced. When I picked it up, it hadn't been cleaned. On complaining, I was told \we don't valet"the cars which is fine but you'd expect at least a car vacuum (hair all over the seats) and a wash (interior and exterior were filthy and muddy). Then I find out the car's window wiper tank hasn't been replaced"
