Shocking service

We saw a car we liked on Saturday 12.03.16. Trade-in of R 36k was mentioned for my Fiesta, and the process started. Meanwhile I manage to sell my car for R 49 000 on Gumtree. We were told to be at the dealership on Wednesday. We get THERE past 3 just to be told the car is not ready. NO communication prior to us wasting our time . But they will give us a courtesy vehicle. Later we get told the courtesy car is not available- I can use the salesperson's car as a loan car. He says that he has arranged for us to take ownership of the vehicle on Friday at 17.00. No consultation with us as to what time will suit us. I get told to refill the petrol I will be using as the sales person pays for the petrol. Is it my problem that my car was not ready. Throughout this I was livid, but kept my cool. My husband complained to the used car manager (DP is on leave) and instead of solving this, makes it worse with his lack of interest by not getting back to my husband- he was busy. I was very vocal on Friday about their shocking service and wanted to cancel the deal and my husband insisted that I don't as I need my car. I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN- waiting for DP to return to resolve this !!
