Shocking service....

Shocking service i got from hyundai alberton.. when i bought my car 2 to 3 months back i was promised a refund for cancelling my deal with another dealer...going for the third month dealing with an *********** consultant Khaya and his *********** manager Delia and still no refund and no phone calls updating me. #very disappointed. Everytime i call im told the money is being paid 'today' and theres always nothing...they are playing with peoples feeling and dont have an idea of what customer service.
