Shocking after sales service

I bought a Chery Tiggo and received delivery last week Wednesday. This morning I had a Transmission Malfunction light came on. I informed the sales person at 7:30am this morning. At 12pm I had to initiate contact with the dealership on the problem. At 5pm I am still to receive assistance on what to do. This is pathetic after sales service
