Service that stinks

<p>Hyundai Umhlanga gladly sold me a of R450 000 vehcile, however they refuse to help me a courtsey vehicle. They do not have stock of the part so I have to wait 21 working days however they cannot provide me with a courtesy vehicle. I am given to understand that "certain clients" get assisted with courtesy vehciles. They claim to provide excellant customer service but their service stinks. What they are good at is taking your money and selling you the vehicle but they have a dont care attitude once they have taken your money. I have made serveral calls to get their assistance but they have no idea of what good customer service is.</p>
