SERVICE PLAN - WHAT A JOKE

I took my vehicle in to resolve issue with loss of power. Told it was the petrol filter that was blocked. As I am 5000km from the next service, they will charge me for a new filter. When asking whether the same petrol filter will be replaced at next service, they confirmed. Crazy and **************** in my view. I have been warned about this product and this kind of behavior and now pay the price for not listening. This really leaves a bad taste and extremely unhappy with this blatant unwillingness to be flexible enough and to apply some discretion. Will never recommend this product to anyone and R1000 was a small price to pay for a happy customer. Always easy to hide behind the difference between a service plan and the maintenance plan. You are making me pay for something you are going to replace at the next service within the next 5000km. Unbelievable. This is now a matter of principle and no longer about the money.
