Service Plan Expiry Date

Good day,<br> <br> I bought a car in Feb 2011 at Hyundai Witbank which came with 90 000km / 5 years service plan whichever come first. The service plan was expiring in Feb 2016/90 000 whichever came first. I extended the service plan with 1 extra service up to 105 000km which hyundai did the extension for me with Liquid Capital. In 2015 I did 90 000 service. In April 2016 I took the car for 105 000 service to my surprise I was told that the service plan including the extension expired in Feb 2016. My question is how does the extension expire within the same year as the factory service plan. To my understanding the extension was suppose to expire in Feb 2016/105 000 which ever come first. So I had to pay the service for myself. I'm wondering if that is meant by Hyundai or Liquid Capital Treating Customers Fairly.
