Service Plan

My vehicle was serviced in Aug 2014 at Springfield Park. Service advisor told me next service was at 70 000km. Monday I telephoned to book vehicle in for service and service advisor advised me that next service was 75 000km. When I told her what previous advisor informed me she wanted to know date of last service and said it was fine to bring vehicle in. This morning after dropping vehicle off I was contacted to say service would not be honoured because I am a month late from the yearly service. <br> <br> If I was advised to bring my vehicle in before end of September 2015 instead of at 70 000km I would have done so. The service centre is just down the road and as I am not working I have all the time in world. However if I bring vehicle in on 75000km before the end of January 2016 the service will be honoured. I have done less than 10000km in a year, am I now expected to drive 6000km in 2 months???? HELLLLOOOO<br> <br> Pathetic!!
