Service plan

Bought a Hyundai i 10 model 2014 from Hyundai with a service plan. Took it for the first service and pay for it. Whith the second service hyundai alberton said there is a service plan in place and i dont have to pay because of the service plan( which we were very grateful for. At the time the service consaltant said that hyundai shouldive picked the first one up on the computer and told me there is a service plan and that they need to refund me for the first service. Now after i approached Anil at hyundai germiston branch he said that im to late to claim the money back. Pls if someone can help me with this sitsuation. Thank you. Kobus ********** 670
