Service not done

So today 20th March 2019 I took my car to Hyundai Midrand to have it serviced, I booked in around 06:50.. by 13:40 I have not heard a single word from them etc chips that needs to be repaired or any other problems they need to look at as they normaly contact a person so I knew something was up! So I picked up the phone around 13:40 to find out what is going for what, to my suprise my vehicle has not been touched.. Wow! Now i was told to wait until prob after 5 then they wil be done with the service, uhmm no i have an appointment at 3pm in the east rand, I will most defnotly not wait until after 5pm! So I asked Sandra the reception lady why my vehicle has not been serviced as yet, oh it was due to loadshedding, okay fair! (However she told me it came back on 5min ago, funny I work at the building next door and our lights came back on just after 12!!)so I asked, But why was your clients not contacted and advised? They dont have a generator! For a big company like Hyundai and they dont own a generator, thats fairly bad! Anyway I then asked her why they didnt atleast use a managers phone to contact their client as Im sure he/she has a contract phone so her answer was just simply NO! So I went to fetch my vehicle as i could not wait for it to be done after 5pm. I got there and guess what both Sandra and the other reception lady was outside having a smoke AT THE SAME TIME.. lovely! So I had to stand and wait for them to finish! I confrunted Sandra again and as I am very unhappy en digusted with the service I got and I tlod her that I was going to lay a complaint so she just said "okay thats fine", bad service once again! I also asked her why my vehicle has not been serviced yet my vehicle was there nice and early, Im almost sure it was the first there, so she tells me that they got authorisation first, what happend to first come first serve!??

I am so so so unhappy with the service i received today from Huyndai Midrand!
