Service/Maintenance Plan

On 10 September 2015, I sent my car in for it 45000km Service. When the Service Consultant called to me to advise that my Service/Maintenance Plan had expired in August 2015. I was totally shocked by this as I had purchased the vehicle brand new in December 2012 and upgraded the Service Plan which the vehicle came out with to a maintenance plan. I advised the service consultant to go ahead with the service as I was not going to leave this matter like this. I called Liquid Capital numerous time regarding this but they insisted that the plan was effected August 2012. I collected my car on 11 September and in order for me to get my car I had to pay for the service which I was not supposed to. I then took it up with Hyundai Bellville & Liquid Capital who has now told me to wait a minimum of 21 days for my refund. This is totally unacceptable, If I did not pay for my service I would have been without my vehicle as the slip out with capturing correct dates was not my fault by between Hyundai Bellville & Liquid Capital.
