Service delivery poor

I am disgusted how fast you can be assisted in order to make a sale and how you promised the stars and the moon and once the deal is through no one cares to contact you. I went to Hyundai plumstead and received a vehicle with a scratched hub cap which was said it would be replaced. Mats were being ordered for the vehicle its nearly 2 months later . I haven't received any correspondence about anything . My vehicles inside carpets are looking terrible , as i am still waiting on the mats. The service is pathetic and i will never do business with them again. I wont even refer people to buy
