Service Booking

i have been trying to phone Hyundai PMB to book for a service. Karel is the consultant who is supposed to assist but she keeps dropping calls. If she does answer she pretends like she cannot hear the caller and then hangs up. Last week I phoned a few times. I ended up asking my spouse to phone and she did the same thing. When we phone again the lady at reception took our numbers and them to Karel to phone us back. It is now Wednesday she hasn't called still. There are so many people in South Africa who would **** to have her job. I feel she is ***********. Or maybe she has a problem assisting Black clients? it has been HELL dealing with Hyundai PMB!
