Service Book

My vehicle was serviced by Hyundai for the 30 000km service a while back. My service book was not returned and I requested from a lady at reception (white, short hair) for my service book. She at the time said she would enquire and came back to me advising they could not find it. I then asked her to order me one which I would not pay for as it was not my fault. She said she would get one for me. Car then went in for a 45000km service. Asked again. Nothing till today.
