Service

The reason for my complaint is that I took my Hyundai i10 2012 , in for the 75000km car service on the 11 May 2015, and usually when a car returns form car service the car should not have problems.Firstly, when arriving home I realised that the handbrake was not as normal. the car would roll and I would need to really lift the handbrake very high.,. i had to return to them for it to be fixed, of which was made tighter ( not even sure why the handbrake was doing that because before i took in for service it was perfect) Secondly , on the 26 May , the clutch cable snapped the evening. i had to call roadside assistance and was advised by them that they would tow in the car to dealer the following day. I called Hyundai and was told that they could only give me an answer about the car the next day because it was a tow in and they need to assist with the clients that made bookings for their service that day,but how could I have known that the clutch cable is going to snap and just after I brought my car there for a service 2 weeks prior .They assessed the car and said that the car needs a new clutch pressure plate.why wasn't that checked? My family couldve been in a serious accident.
