Serious Quality Concerns and Ongoing Unresolved Defects

I am currently driving my second Hyundai. I had very few issues with my first vehicle and was generally satisfied with it. Unfortunately, my experience with this second car has been extremely disappointing.

After just a few months, the vehicle began making unusual noises, including rattling sounds from the front end and the windscreen area. I have taken the car to the workshop four or five times to address these issues, but each time I receive a different explanation and the problem remains unresolved.

Yesterday, I received a call from someone at Hyundai. When I tried to explain the ongoing issues, she behaved as though she could not hear me and abruptly ended the call. I found this to be highly unprofessional and rude.

Today I decided I am going to get rid of the car. Hyundai will never see my business again.
