Bought a car in Hyundai Pinetown dealership, their service is bad . Being a first time buyer I was told by the Sales consultant that assisted, that I should bring the car for 1st service when it is 15 000 km . I knew and kept that . When time came to service the car they cant help, when maintenance company is giving me hard time . And they do not even have a system to send their customer an SMS reminder when car is due for service like other car brands . But they can call you for sales and the rest. When issue arises they told me to solve it on my own . So basically all they care about is sales.
