second terrible experience with Hyundai Pinetown

Something needs to change at Hyundai Pinetown service centre. The service received from this branch is pathetic and utterly disgusting. I phoned on Thursday to find out if I could bring my vehicle in today, (Saturday 18th) I was told that this was fine. I asked whether it was necessary for me to make a booking and I was told NO. The problem with my vehicle is that my front and back lights were problematic and needed attention. <br> When I got to Hyundai at 8am this morning, (Sat 18th) I waited patiently for over 2 hours, (as I am typing this, I am still sitting here and it is 10:10am). During this period, I had no feedback as to what the delay was and kept on having to get up and ask what was going on. This is the dealership where I bring my vehicle for its services so they have all my + the vehicles details. Totally pathetic and disgusting service. P.S I am still waiting and it is now 10:20am. Just about my whole morning gone to change a couple globes.
