Second key issues

Bought my car in 2013. Brand new 2013 spec. Now it's 2015 they still give me the run around and don't want to give me my 2nd key. I don't get this. I've never skipped a payment but I have to put up with such? I'm really disappointed. I don't ever wish deal with Hyundai Bedfordview, Johannesburg
