scratched bumper

I took my car in for service in September, when I went to collect it, it had 2 new scratches on the rear bumper. <br> The service manager promised to fix this and told he'd contact me when their panel beater guy was around.<br> I called him a week later and he gave me the same story. Sent an email end of October and to date I still haven't had any reply from them or even a phone call as to when they would fix the scratches.<br> <br> Shame on you Hyundai Wonderboom, Pretoria shame on you :< :< :
