I bought a Hyundai Grand i10 Demo (2018) model in 2018 and Hyundai verified that only Fluid models come with a 2 years or 30000 km service plan, and not motion models. To my surprise, on my first service I am told the exact opposite, that my car isn't covered. After trying to get answers from Hyundai, I was told to now call the customercare line and that was the end of the email conversations.
