Sales manager saving the day....

I bought a Ford Ranger through Hyundai Newcastle (second hand), the motor overheated 28 days after I bought the vehicle. I tried to solve the matter communicating with 2 Hyundai branches (Newcastle & Durban South), e-mailing 2 Dealer Principals (both resigned within the period concerned) for a full 10 months.<br> <br> In the end I ended up with Hendrik, the sales manager that went out of his way to calm the situation and solve the problem.<br> <br> I was intent to discredit and shame Hyundai on every media I could get my hands on, but subsequent to one person doing his job and just going that little extra to satisfy a customer, I ended up with a better deal and would even reconsider doing a deal through them.<br> <br> Thank you Hendrik, you are an asset to your company.
