I would like to take this time to rate the service I received from Ryno Matthyser. I received amazing service from him and no words can explain how valuable it is to have car sales man like him. I am a first time car buyer and I was really not sure where to start with the process of buying a used car but I Thank God that I was in good hands, actually good is an understatement, I was in great hands. Even though I was confused in the beginning he was really patient with me. Patience is a virtue you can’t **** patience, Mr Matthyser has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I am comfortable with the installment and at the same time that I am happy with the car I will be leaving the garage with on Saturday 13/03/2021. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Ryno Matthyser was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. The experience I had with Mr Matthyser prepared me to know what quality service seasoned with respect and consideration of my affordability looks like. I really took my time to shop around at other dealers but no service I received at this other dealers beats the service he gave me. The other salesmen were “pushy salesmen” and impatient. Mr Matthyser was really helpful, friendly, a good listener, accommodating and attended to all the questions I had with excitement and continued to ensure me that I am in good hands. Indeed I was and still am. I went back and forth with quite a few deals, others were good and exciting but I couldn’t shake off the service I received from Mr Matthyser, his service was ooutstanding, a true definition of excellent customer service. I am a delighted client because of his unweaving Spirit of excitement and willingness to give me the time to shop around empowered with more knowledge about cars. I will cherish this encounter forever. He deserves more than 5 stars, I guess I’ll give him all the stars in the sky and since we can’t count all of them then you know that he has gone above and beyond for this sale. Riyaad you also deserves praises as well for your patience and encouragement to talk to Ryno about looking for a car I can afford. If possible increase his pay please WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW EXCELLENT SERVICE I can go on and on about how joyous I am about the service I received. Great quality service. I am pleased
