RUSTENBURG HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP UNDER (MAEMO MOTORS) TREATS ITS CLIENTS LIKE DIRT AND USES UNDERHANDED MALPRACTICES THAT ARE SEVERELY MEANT TO INCONVINIECE LONG TIME CLIENTS
Hyundai Rustenburg Dealership under Maemo Motors has to be one of the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS IN THE HISTORY OF ALL DEALERSHIP SEEVICE PROVIDERS.I am 6 year old LOYAL client of the Hyundai Groups who is shocked that my vehicle is being kept at the Rustenburg Hyundai dealership because the staff at the dealership say that it is their "company policy"to keep a vehicle hostage at their dealership for periods that can go from two to four days , where mine was taken in on Thursady morning (11 August 2022) at 9:00 am for its annual service and I was told by the dealership that I could not retrieve the vehicle by the time they were done with it around 16:30pm the same day( by the end of business same day) because they say they do not have my service provider: "MVAPS"(MVIA INSURE) insurance company on their system therefore that results in them keeping the vehicle inside their workshop until apparently "money is reflected" in their bank account. This is bizzare, I've never heard of this kind of practice and find it i the weekend and the dealership is saying even proof of payment is not enough. The lady at the dealership says they need to see the money in the bank literally inside before releasing the vehicle to me.Guys guys this is the worst service I've ever received from any Hyundai Dealership, I called the dealership in Silverlakes and Mahikeng, both dealership hardcore confirmed with me that this practice is not just unjust but the worst service practice for a loyal paying client to a service provider. The fact that your dealership in Rustenburg does not have MVIA on their system SHOULD NOT be a problem that now lies with me.
Im literally going on the third day without having access to the vehicle due to this "bizzare company practice" as I'm now going into the weekend with representatives at the Rustenburg Dealership saying they need to see the money in the bank first, like what on earth is that guy, like what practice is that...????
Proof of payment has since being sent and received from MVIA INSURE as they copied me when sending to the Rustenburg Dealership at exactly around 14:23pm but I was told even proof of payment is not sufficient for the vehicle to be released back to me as the literally need the money reflecting in their bank account before calling me to pick up the car.
Apparently even that document (in pdf) format is NOT sufficient for the vehicle to be released and therefore I must wait throughout the weekend and to however many days long for the money to reflect on their bank account.
Son in a nutshell Rustenburg Hyundai Dealership under Maemo Motors decided to hold my vehicle hostage at their dealership as they clearly run their show through some of the most outrageous malpractices I've ever heard of.
This is not the first time clients from across Rustenburg and surrounding areas are reporting this dealership of some of the most shadiest most scheming and underhanded practices to Hyundai clients where as a result we find ourselves having to flee and seek services to places like the Mahikeng Hyundai Dealership or Silverlakes in Pretoria and places alike.
I've never heard of a practice where a service provider will hold on to a product despite payment receipt (proof of payment) being cleared and produced because they "need for the monies to be physically transferred " in their account.
This has to be the most underhanded, most dodgiest and gruesome manner a client is treated by such a big brand car dealership.
