Rusted Bonnet on 2021 venue (3 years old!!!)

Really really regret purchasing another Hyundai. It has been an absolute headache from day 1. From the used car manager at Hyundai Springfield trying to sell me a car that was almost double the agreed upon mileage (when I refused to take it, he got exceptionally rude and irritated - How dare I.), to only receiving my spare key 5 months later. Now dealing with a rusted bonnet (2021 model Venue), where they want my car in for 5 days but refuse to give me a loan car on something that is very much Hyundai's issue (My car is basically my work).

Never Ever again Hyundai. Sorely disappointed in your branch's abysmal customer communication and basic efficiency. Battling to get any communication with the branch mentioned above or Hyundai as a whole. So unhelpful.
