Rudeness,Incompetence and Unprofessionalism

<p>In March 2016 i purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Brits. Upon delivery the vehicle was in terrible state, nevertheless i still purchased it. The very same day i travelled within the country and realised there were various things wrong with the vehicle. I brought to the attention of the dealership and the said they will try and assist me where possible to fix the vehicle. They made promises upon promises and nothing got resolved. I spoke to the Dealer principle Riaan Marx and he accepted that his staff were wrong about their promises and decided to try and assist. The deal agreement icluded the registration of the vehicle. To this dat 18/08/2016 the vehicle still hasnt been registered and neither did i receive a licence disc. i have been contacting the dealership for the past 3 weeks and the story has been changing every single time i call. The sales manager Anthony Smith refuses to take my calls and the dealer principle gives attitude on the phone and cut the call whenever i phone.</p> <p>I have been putting my family and friends at risk because i need the vehicle for my employment and i am driving without a licence disc. They refuse to even give me a temporary licence. </p> <p>Its been six months and till this date nothing is been done about it.</p>
