Roodepoort Hyundai - useless after sales service

I bought a brand new Venue from Roodepoort Hyundai. The sales service was very good. But unfortunately, the after sales services was non existing. I experienced intermittent problems with the reverse camera from day 1, and I informed the salesman immediately. I took the car to the service centre, they adjusted a few settings and said the problem was resolved. It was not. I contacted the DP, Robert Nelson. He promised to look into the problem, but never bothered to get back to me. I took the car to the service centre again. Got the car back, same problem still exists. I called the DP, after he ignored my email. I told him that I am very unhappy and would like them to provide me with a curtesy car if I had to bring my car in for a 3rd time. He said he would let me know if that would be possible. Needles to say, I never received any feedback. I then logged a complaint with head office. The help was not much better. I received feedback after 3 days, after I had to ask for feedback, that the DP can not provide me with a curtesy car and that I must bring the car in for a 3rd time. So I took the car in, they replaced my radio with another car's radio and said my radio would be sent in to be fixed. Weeks later they requested me to come in so that they can put back my original radio. Took the car back, went home after the replacement was done, and AGAIN, the camera was still not working. Went right back and told them to take the radio out and put the other radio back. So now I will not be taking the car back, I will keep the radio that is currently in my car. Not once did I get a follow up call from the service centre, the DP or head office to find out if my priblem has been resolved. They never offered any kind of assistance to make my experience more pleasurable. The after sales service is just pathetic. I will never return to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. Their DP should go back for some customer service training to learn how to deal with customers after they made him rich.
