****** by Hyndai N1 City with a rude Pricipal dealer called Fred.
I bought a Grand i10 that I collected on the 3rd of September. I have bought new cars before but this is the first time I have experienced such poor quality. I have mentioned to Kevin who was the sales consultant that the car makes drumming or knocking noise. He explained to me that it is because the car has been standing for a long time, so the breaks are rusty. He advised that I should drive this car for a week with this "drumming noise" as it will go away within a week. It is now 2 weeks and there hasn't been any change. I took the car to Milnerton so that it can be checked. They told me that the car is badly rusted it will actually take months for the rust disappear. They actually offered to replace the discs with new ones. It's actually shocking that you can let a customer drive with such a car. Fred from N1 City who is a Principal dealer called me, he did not even listen to what I had to say ....he was actually very rude shame. I do think that the car they claim is new is actually not. I have been ****** by Hyundai N1 City, Cape Town.
Also, my understanding is that The doors on the Hyundai i10 should automatically lock once the vehicle crosses the 20kmph speed and this isn’t happening in the car that I bought from your dealership.
As a reputable dealer, I would expect that all your cars are tested and you are comfortable that the car you are selling to the customers meets the required standards. This car is meant to be drive by my daughter and I am really not comfortable
I feel like I have been ****** because not only that I have been sold a "damaged" car. I am also inconvenienced because now I must take the car in which is a waste of time and petrol and that I am going to be out of a car.
This car is meant to be drive by my daughter and I am really not comfortable given all the faults. I am not even sure if I am taken advantage of because I am a woman and don't know anything about cars?
