ROAD SIDE ASSIST NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU NEED IT

Good day,<br> <br> I got my first flat tire on Sunday evening with my new I20 and thought its not that bad because I have the roadside assist that Hyundai boasted about when I bought the car. I called and was on hold for more than an hour. I was woman alone with my daughter after 8pm in the middle of no where! The flashlight in the courtesy emergency kit's batteries had died and I was still on HOLD!! The call was never answered, I had to change tire myself and pray all the way home because it was the first time I changed the tire myself! Is this what you call SERVICE??
