Risking my families lives

I've bought a 2017 Hyundai i20 a few months ago, with Hyundai being the growing brand that they are my last few cars have all been hyundais and I was happy until two days ago when I was involved in an accident, a car hit me from behind and pushed me into the car that was in front of me, with this resulted in my radiator etc being severely damaged and according to the report so was the slam panel etc. My concern is that the airbags did not deploy on the car, I had my two year old daughter with me in the car and this is a huge problem for me because my life has been risked due to this device failure. What makes me more irate is that I've called and sent an email twice to Francois from the Head office and asked for him to call me back to which there was not a response to date. Would you guys want another Ford Saga on your hands??? I would like someone from higher management to contact me regarding this before it goes public.
