********** my Hyundai

<p>I bought an i20 last year in June. I stay in East London so I traveled to Gauteng to get a car. I called Hyundai Constantia Kloof beforehand and arranged everything but when I arrive they lost all my application forms and I had to start again. I needed a car and so the i20 but there was a major crack on the windscreen. The sales person promised I could take it in and Hyundai would pay I must send a quote. I did that but heard nothing. It wasn't bothering me and I assumed when I needed to take it for roadworthy Hyundai would pay. I phone now to arrange and the management says there is no proof and refuses to pay. I see his perceptive but I must say this is very poor from the salesmen. I would expect expect this from 2nd hand car sales place but I never thought a place like Hyundai would give such poor service. I thought you could trust Hyundai. </p>
