My Aunt had bought a Hyundai Atos from Hyundai Strijdom Park in 2006 and still have not received the NATIS for the vechile, upon requesting the papers ,the manger told us that we were lying and probably lost the papers and that there was noting they could do, We found the COPY of the Natis they issued along with an invoice of the car,only the find out that there was also an additional R10967.65 for extra charges which were not installed in the vechile. The colour of the vehicle did not even match and even delivery charges were added where we had fetched the car from the dealer. On applying for a duplicate Natis, it was discovered that the copy of the NATIS that was in our possession,did not even Match the Vehicle we had and now have endless problems getting a duplicate. It is shameful that a lady of 72 years of age should leave the old age home and stand in long ques the whole day to try and resolve this problem and also the fact that she was **********.
