********** BOUGHT A CAR IN DECEMBER , AND NOW HEAD GASKET IS BLOWN UP
My brother bought a car for my parents in December in one of your Establishment Hyundai Edwin Swales, The car gave them problems 2 weeks after it came home, It was December most places were closed so they waited till January to raise their concern. Yesterday the 23rd of February they returned the car to the dealership only to be told the car is going to be st********** which means they are not going to have a car God knows for how long and they were told they are not sure how long it will take for them to fix the car ,now these people are quite old so what must they do in the meantime use public transport ? for how long ?at whose expense . The car instalment is going to go through at the end of the month. What happened to courtesy cars ?or are they reserved for salesman? How must they move around in the meantime ? while they are waiting for a car that was bought a month and half ago from a proper dealership to be fixed. Our guess is the car was a trade in and it wasn't checked properly if it was road worthy before selling it , again I guess making sales was more important than customer Satisfaction. My parents are 66 /65years. and leave on their own How do you expect them to move around without a car...is this how you treat customers after they purchased a car from you, now that you have a made a sale , its their problem. How are they going to get their monthly medications? Courtesy cars are reserved for your managers and salesman!!!!
