We had bought an ATOS from Hyundai strijdom park and the salesman at that time had ripped us off completely. 13 years later we had not received the NATIS for the vehicle and only upon applying for a duplicate, did we find that the copy of the NATIS they had given us was not even the vehicle that we were driving and that those particulars belonged to imperial car hire. We also picked up that Extras to the amount of R10967.65 was added to the invoice but these extras were never installed in the vehicle. I called the branch and the manger accused us of lying about all this and said there was nothing they could do. Even Charges of Service&&Delivery were added while the owner had fetched it personally from the dealership. We now have endless problems in getting the correct papers for the vehicle. How do they expect a lady of 74 years of age to run up and down for papers?
