Refuse to do repairs

I on my first service asked the dealer to check all my wheel arches as they are all loose. On my second service one of my wheel arches was totally loose that it caught the wheel and disintegrated. On this service they replaced it as I had it on record. On the 3rd service the opposite wheel arch had also come lose and totaly destroyed. I asked them to replace it but they refused to rep
