Refusal of service

So yesterday I went to Hyundai in Lenasia and needed assistance with selling my Hyundai grandi10 cause I can nolonger afford it, they said they can't assist. They didn't even evaluate or inspect my car. Just because I wasn't trading in I was sent back. I explained my situation and how covid has affected me, but that didn't mean anything. I bought this car at Hyundai , yet I got the best service at VW that they even sent me the offer to purchase so I can send it to my bank. Yall are disgusting and such a disappointment.
