Refund from HYUNDAI MOBENI

Kindly receive as request for a refund. I Mrs NF Manuel, hereby request to be reimbursed for the tow fee charged when my car could not start again on Friday after collecting the car on Thursday. I am sure it was brought to your attention that the similar situation occurred again and since I was at work, at Umhlanga Ridge, the closest Hyundai was Umhlanga. Therefore the car was towed to them. Attached, please find documentation with the findings and details of what was done. I called Hyundai SA like before but this time Hyundai Umhlanga requested me to pay before they could release it to me. I was also advised to request a refund from Hyunday Mobeni since the pipes were not properly tightened by their workshop guys.
