Really slow and bad service along with no payment

I sold my vehicle to Hyundai in Trichardt on early in January 2016 they took a month to settle my vehicle in the proses lost 3 potential vehicles I wanted to buy , They said for the inconvenience they would handle ,my next contract for me got a new vehicle 2016/02/09 they helped me with my contract but now they wont settle the vehicle at ford finance it has been almost 2 months where they have been paid the requested loan from Wesbank and now me and the party where I bought the vehicle from are both paying the vehicle they have refunded the other party but they need to settle the vehicle. when asked when this is going to happen I only get the I will talk TO Louis Venter and get back to you which never happens when I ask to speak to Louis venter myself he is never in when I ask his assistant to call me back he never does . I extremely sick of this horrible service and would never deal with them ever again
