REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE!

I will try and make this short because I dont have all day to sit and type.

I bought a 2013 i20 1.2 motion in 2015 with 26000Km on the clock. so this car was still in a very good condition. the first week that I had the car I noticed an oil leak from the gearbox which after some time was fixed. It was just a small seal. car came back with a noise coming from the gearbox which went away over time. I drove the car for a few months and the gearbox started grining in reverse and from 1st to 2nd. at the same time the timing chain started rattling (should not be doing that considering the km's on the clock) both issues were fixed after waiting 2 months for parts. the grinding was gone but the noise on the motor from the chain was still there, just not as bad. I drove the car for a few mnore months and the gearbox started grinind again, as well as the noise on the motor from the chain. I took the car back and was told as a first option the gearbox would be replaced and that they would insect the noise on the motor. the gearbox was fixed not replaced and nothing was done regarding the noise on the motor. I left it like that and drove the car, not even 3 months later and the noise is louder and the gearbox is grinding again. I reported it last year, was told to come in, when I got there the servcice department was closed, went in the following week and it was still closed, the following week I got hold of Peter (service manager). he had a guy inspect the car, i showed him all the issues, Oil leak (brown and red oil), noise on motor, gearbox grinding and the clutch that is squeeking. I was told by Peter that the car would need to be sent away for the gearbox and that tests would need to be run on the car by Hyundai. He said he would call me the same day, that was 2 weeks agao. I called in and left a message for him to call me back( still waiting) I sent the regional manager (Paul) an email, no reply as he was on leave till today, sent all those emails to Ashley, still no reply.

So I have had it with Hyundai. I am sitting with a car that keeps having issues. yes the warranty covers all the repairs but what happens when there is no warranty? I asked Peter this and was told thatI should then trade the car in... So basically make it someone elses problem, NO! I don't want this car anymore, I am paying for something that breaks every few months. I wanted a reliable car and ended up with a car that gives me more problesm than the 97 toyota tazz I had before this. Well done Hyundai, its easy to sell something, but its after sales service that counts.
