R2800 July 2021 refund

I have been trying to get my refund from Hyundai Centurion since July 2021. The foreman removed the tracking system on my vehicle and charged the tracking company R2800 for labor, I've paid for it as I was in need of my vehicle.

Now when I'm supposed to get my refund back, I'm being sent from one department to the next. All I need is my refund from Hyundai, tracking company indicated that the dealer (Hyundai) had no right whatsoever to remove the tracker device from any customer's vehicle.

I'm so angry 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡, seriously run out of patience 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
